I first came across Haikal from Rasniaga through a TikTok live session, where he patiently explained in detail how to choose and buy a car directly from Japan. From there, I contacted thru beg biru and started searching for my dream car. Along the way, there were some unavoidable external challenges, but Haikal managed everything in a very professional and well-organized manner. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and he guided me step by step until the car safely arrived. Peringkat awal sy diberikan tunjuk ajar yg jelas sehingga faham semua proses yg akan dilalui, setelah mendapat keyakinan dan kepercayaan sy terus bersetuju utk membuat pembelian secara preorder dari Jepun. Sepanjang proses berjalan sy banyak dibantu oleh en Haikal Husin utk memilih kenderaan secara online, beliau juga sabar dlm melayan kerenah sy kerana dlm proses tersebut sy telah menolak beberapa buah yg disyorkan kpd sy. Proses memilih memakan masa agak lama kerana perlu mengikut spek yg sy kehendaki, Alhamdulillah akhirnya jimny idaman sy berjaya ditemui… akhirnya setelah melalui segala proses dokumentasi di Jepun jimny sy mendarat di Port Klang….
